Does LeoPen add facts that an officer did not provide?
No. LeoPen may ask for a detail that needs confirmation, but the officer supplies the answer. Unconfirmed information is not treated as part of the report.
Can reviewers inspect the source material?
Supported instruction and policy workflows link back to the retained document and relevant page so the underlying language can be reviewed directly.
How does an agency evaluate deployment and security?
