• Interactive crash diagram creation
• Video analysis and evidence processing
• Agency policy integration and compliance checking

User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful law enforcement purposes
• Ensure accuracy of all information entered into reports
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Data Security and Compliance

LeoPen is designed to meet CJIS Security Policy requirements:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Access controls and audit logging are enforced

• Personnel undergo background investigations

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, LeoPen is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and emergency updates may temporarily affect availability.

Termination
